It can get Ampeg tones if that’s what you’re after. It can do vintage. It can do modern. It could probably make you coffee if you push the right combination of buttons. Some folks are intimidated by the array of controls, but it’s really not complicated. You don’t need the graphic eq or compressor to sound good, but they’re easy to dial in if you want to fine tune your tone. The 3-button footswitch is included.
The amp is fully functional with zero issues. Everything works flawlessly. The tubes are EHX 6550s. They sound great and have tons of life left in them.
Although this amp is a bit lighter and better balanced than an SVT, it’s not a featherweight, so local-ish only on this one.
