Great bags! Sturdy and comfortable to carry!

Very comfy, but its a bit tight for a heavy strap like I use, and I don't feel comfortable putting my basses with tilt back headstock in it (but that's true of most gig bags).

It’s got 4 strings ‘cause they’re bigger!

The mono vertigo being the exception IMO, but that case doesn't exist for a short scale bass. I wish it did.

The M80 guitar bag will fit this, actually. Used to own one but I sort of hate Mono. That said, I still own a Vertigo because nothing I've found works as well for gigs.

Im looking to possibly do a 30" Bordwell build, and am looking for the right bag if that's what end up doing. I'm not sure the Bordwell body will fit the guitar bag. And the 30" won't fit the vertigo bass bag.

This Serek bags your new WattPlower comes with have some wiggle and are definitely gig worthy. Priced $160 + 35 shipping direct from Serek. I know they don't fit my DubKing, but that's a bulky semi hollowbody. I currently use a full size Mono Vertigo Bass for gigs, and the WattPlower does seat, just barely, in the neck cradle. But it fits longer short scales like my DUb King or a Mustang better.

Apologies I know this is an old thread.

I own a standard 34" scale bass and I'm patiently waiting for my Wattplower to arrive. I have been trying to find more info about how the Wattplower fits inside a Mono Vertigo Bass gig bag. I'm aware that the Mono Vertigo Guitar bag would work just fine with the Wattplower, but ideally it would be nice if I was able to use the same bag for the 34" scale bass or the shortscale Wattplower.

Would you mind posting a photo of how it sits inside?

Should fit. I don't own a Vertigo, but I used to use a full scale for short scale basses.

Oh got it. I thought you had mentioned that you use a full size Mono Vertigo Bass bag for you short scale.

Not anymore. Sold off all Mono gear when they were bought by a Chinese company. I keep my WattPlower in a hard case and use Reunion Blues for all else.

Oh dang I'm guessing quality probably dropped with their bags then!

Thanks for the replies!
