Lucky to have got this. Great bass. Low B sounds massive - better than my 36 inch scale Tune bass. G and D have that Jaco-esgue sound, if bridge pickup is soloed and tone almost off. One of a kind, not a parts bass. I spoke to the builder, body and neck were all built by him. It is 35 scale and 20mm spacing, widest I have ever played. The Nordstrands are custom too. curved and also wider than their other big split pickups. Also a testament how long TIs can stay and still sound good, same set since the bass was built. I did replaced them with La Bella Gold-White Deep Talking tapes because I want a brighter sound but used the TI strings on another bass. I though this was an impulse buy but I have gigged with it 2 times already and the singer-songwriter I work with prefers this and it is a weekly gig until November.
