Here's a well-loved set of Nordstrand split-coil Jazz pickups. I haven't tried the SV set, but these SEs are the most authentically "single-coil" sounding humbucker Jazz pickups I've used. I've had them in a number of Js over the years, never bonded with the basses but never had any reason to try any other pickups because their tone has always been "it" when I wanted a traditional J tone without hum.
The covers are nicked up around the edges from lots of use, and I had to resolder the little foil polepiece grounding wire on the neck pickup at one point, but they function and sound beautifully. This set has very slightly raised A/D pole radius, but not ideal for more extreme vintage J neck radii. Do not come with mounting screws!
