I think he's referring to the newest "v3", the V1-3 discussion can be messy but the larger version verse smaller version both have their own strong points (more mid shelves/boost verse headphone out and switchable modes), although out of V1 and V2, I like the V1 and its EQ bypass rather than Mute function myself.
