Selling my original Ampeg Dan Armstrong lucite bass, 1969-1970 (not a reissue), serial # D204A. Everything is original and all the electronics work. 30" scale, rosewood (I believe) fretboard. The bass plays really well, and the pickup has wide tone range and sounds great. There is light scuffing and wear on the bass, pickup and pickguard, the pickguard lettering has faded (though is still visible) and some lacquer has worn off the neck (see photos).
The bass comes with its original hardshell case but the case has stenciling and masking tape on it, and unfortunately no handle.
Right now Guitar Center Hollywood has one of these listed for $3500...
