I had this built from all new parts just before I stopped playing a year or so ago. I've since picked up playing again, but I'm going to stick with 34" scale and am trying to downsize, and need to buy a cab. A sale is preferred, but am open to discussion of trades that would get me a 4 ohm cab.
All parts were brand new, bass has perhaps 10 hours of play on it, no exaggeration. Bass has never left the house. Currently wearing flats, though I can't recall which brand. Professionally assembled and set up by SF Guitarworks in San Francisco.
Alder Warmoth body with a Warmoth finish, Warmoth 32" scale neck with 1-1/2" nut, beautiful rosewood fingerboard (can't find my receipt, but I believe the neck was roasted...it looks it and feels like it...super smooth and fast to get around on, no sticky finish). Gotoh bridge, EMG Geezer Butler pickup, Schaller tuners. All top quality parts, no skimping. Great tone and playability, light weight at 8 pounds on the nose on my digital bathroom scale.
Bass plays well and has no issues, and I see only one little scratch on the back that I thought was a dog hair..you can see it near the center of the bass, slightly on the right side near the belly cut. No fret wear, everything works as it should.
Bass will be shipped disassembled and well packed. No bag or case included. $475 plus $60 for shipping/insurance.
Sale preferred, but I will consider a trade for a quality cab, plus or minus cash, depending.
