For sale only is my Moollon P IV Classic in Olympic White that I purchased direct from YJ/Moollon. This is an incredible player and in excellent condition. This bass was received end of 2018 and has been my main axe/well taken care of. The bass is in Olympic White nitro finish with a black pick guard. Nut width is 1.625". Weight is 8.6lbs. Everything is original and in perfect working order. I am selling as I have shifted completely to short scale basses and can't see this amazing bass not getting any playing or love that it deserves. This bass has been professionally set up and fretboard is pleked by my luthier as well. Low action, no dead spots and incredible resonance even when played acoustically.
Picture shows 2 paint chips, 1 at lower horn and 1 at rear top side (both chip is about 1/8"). The vintage nitro finish is prone to chips/marking but adds the vintage character that the classic design is intended to embody. The bass sounds like a classic 60s P, deep low end with very clear low/high mid, hand wound pick up by YJ.
Price is $2500 USD + Shipping cost. The bass will come with the original Moollon deluxe hardcase. Attached are original photos by YJ upon completion and my own pictures taken today to show current condition cosmetically.
