For Sale Only: Birdsong Cortobass. $1800.00 firm, plus shipping CONUS only.
This bass is in 99.9% perfect condition played mostly at my smoke free home. This is a great and fair deal and no waiting.
I did replace the Lace Sensor neck pup with a 'hotter' Seymour Duncan Hot Rails which I found better for my classic rock band mix. The rear hum bucker is already pretty hot. I also had the knob configuration changed to single volume single tone and pan between pups. The modification work was done by the incomparable Randy Dritz who is not far from me. (Dritz is the D in the original SD Curlee basses which Scott now produces). The original Lace Sensor and pot is included.
I'm only selling this wonderful bass because I also have a Birdsong C-Bass which I slightly prefer. Also since the Pandemic I am not gigging for the last 16 months and most likely will not resume that. I am also considering relocating at age 70.
Any questions pm me. I will also be happy to speak with you if you would like.
I also have all the Build Pictures I can send you
