I love these things as can be seen in the below picture, but redundancy is an opponent of retirement and the competing Belair Green one is an absolutely wicked (add “pisser” if you are from New England) machine. In excellent shape both cosmetically and functionally; no dings or scratches or bruises or ill-added holes. A comfortable 8 pounds 7 ounces on my digital mackerel-weigher, maybe a few grams less if you break the G string during YYZ and need to finish the set like a professional. Old School Tobacco with the added factory upgrades of a Swamp Ash body, tinted satin neck, and swank tortoise pick guard. The boring neck numbers: #8 Medium C, 1 1/2” nut width, 34” scale, 9.5” radius, .820” thick at the first fret and .920" at the twelfth. Includes the equally clean original G&L hard case as well as the little black envelope with the specification sheet, the COA, and the instructions on how to adjust a truss rod if for some reason you don’t already know how to by now. $900 plus we split shipping equally, this bass is a two-knobbed rumbler.
