In excellent shape. Has velcro on the bottom as it was on one of my gigging boards for quite a while. I believe there is a very subtle low end rolloff when it's engaged, though I actually found that useful. I generally used it for taming slap style or to push through loud guitars without being overbearing, so rolling off a little of the very low end was a benefit for me. Four knob setup with individual Attack and Release. Can go from a little tightening to total squash.
