Dimarzio DP121 Model G. The pickup has a 4 core + screen cable so can be wired for coil tapping / phasing and duel sound, it also has adjustable pole pieces. When I pouches it, the screw holes had been broken off so I cut a new base and epoxied it to the old base so the pickup can be screwed down. (Top 2 pics)
