IMHO and experience with trying different heads and cab combinations. I found the Bergantino class d heads were hard to beat, sound wise and ease of use.

They also seem to pair up nicely with many different styles of cabs that i have tried.
Ceramic and neo, 10’s, 12’s and 15’s.

I am currently running a Berg Forte HP through a Aggie 410x SL.
