While it did sound really good on bass and had no low end loss, it wasn't the tone i was looking for. Its got some girth/wool for sure but there is a little scoop or presence in there that i wasn't a fan of. If you want a high db boost this is not it. It has some push but not crazy destroy everything in front of it push. Like i said, the cut volume feature was almost enough to keep it. It was like a volume knob adjustment but with all the pedal benefits (light dirt, comp etc) hope that helps nd good luck out there!
