Up for sale is a 1990s Aria Pro II with 2AXY/AE-1 Alembic pickups and active electronics. This was a joint venture between the two companies from 1988-1994. This was a factory option, not a modification. I'm selling because it sounds exactly like my Alembic Essence, and I'm trying to thin the herd. Ebony finger board, maple and walnut neck, ash wings (sen wood - Japanese ash). Adjustable brass nut. 9 lbs (approximate)
Controls are volume, volume, filter. Plays and sounds great (like I said, just like my Alembic for less money). High gloss finish. It was hard to keep my reflection out of the photos. Overall the bass looks and sounds amazing.
The usual buckle rash on the back (see photos). One ding on the headstock and some rash on the bottom near the input jack (again, see photos). The finish on the tuners is starting to fade.
