The bass is beautiful but the question you’re asking is “ why are you asking more than the normal street price? “
I’ll explain.
I added a black albridge High mass drop in replacement bridge. ($100 plus tax and shipping)
I added black Grover tuning machines and complimenting black hardware ( string retainer and strap buttons) (approx $100 total)
The black Grovers were a special order and I was charged full list price.
I also purchased a matching Sire short scale gig bag separately .
All together, I have a little over $750 into this instrument.
Everything considered, $599 shipped isn’t a bad price.
