Yes, it has a finish on it. I finished it in True oil, then toped it with Sam Maloof's Oil/Poly blend. It's not high gloss, but not satin either.

It's made by WDmusic under License from Fender. It is a replacement neck for Fender USA 5 string Jazz/P basses.
