Vintage, authentic Gibson Melody Maker
Hi all,
Selling my little touched 1962 Melody Maker in very good vintage condition. This is the single pickup, double- cutaway version, and is extremely light and easy to play. Bridge has been upgraded, with the original in the case. Everything else is original with the possible exception of the tuners. They are certainly old, and in my research I have seen other period Melody Makers with the same tuners, others have the "flat" strip tuners. I have not been able to positively know if these are original to the guitar or not, but I believe they are. Includes the original chip-board case and a couple of case-candy items.
Check out the photos as they they tell the story very well. Please ask me any question. I respond promptly, and tell it like it is. This is not how I make my living. I'm a hobbyist/collector with too many guitars.
