This is a nice bass that I purchased a little over a year ago from the bass violin shop.
The setup is nice, I have it a little on the low side because I don’t play it much but anyway, it’s adjustable: )
I’m in Charlotte and willing to drive up to 100 miles or meet half way.
I just put a set of helicore lights on it and they are practically new.
I will also include the set that came with the bass, also helicore but hybrid
Anyway, it has a K&k bass max a clip on tuner and padded bag.

i have an SB80 and it kills. lovely warm sound. not the loudest thing on earth, but a nice sounding bass and as we've already covered here: they are really well made, and can handle use!

the 88 is a huge step up from the 80 as well. great buy here!

This college kid made a pretty compelling argument on how great this bass is.

"Today would’ve been the two year mark of getting this 1880s Tyrolean bass, but I sold it recently to get a Shen plywood (which is cheaper, sturdier, more comfortable to play, more reliable, more portable, takes less maintenance, and sounds *almost* as good).

Here’s two pictures of the old bass, and then a video of the new one to prove that it still sounds great (that being said you do still need headphones to hear it)!"

GM! Would it be possible to see this next weekend? Planning a trip to see a few basses that are listed on TB, CL or Reverb.
