I did the thing…. Bought both bassrigs for comparison and to decide which worked better for me and my setup.
Both are insanely good and I much prefer these boxes to the digital versions I’ve played. Deciding was tough ultimately I went with the Super Vintage because I’m just more familiar with the Ampeg thing.
The ‘64 is tad thicker and maybe a bit less scooped and it sounds excellent with a P bass with flats!
