- This is the nicest bass’s I’ve ever owned. I have a climate controlled home so I just planned on letting this one stay with me indefinitely. But I’ve run out of room too many times in the last 7 years and if I get interest, I’ll let it go. I purchased it here in 2015. It is just beautiful. I collect bass’s, so I just pull it out of the closet once or twice a year and look at it for a while. The quality of this bass is off the charts. It has tone for days…The top is an incredible piece of flamed Koa, and the Bird's Eye Maple fretboard board has lot of figure, some cool mineral streaking and a gorgeous Koa inlay at the 12th fret. Matching Bird'e Eye Maple pickup covers on the Nordys and matching Koa knobs create a really eye catching effect. I included the specs that were shared in the original post. This one sold new at $5700, retail was $6795
