Never gigged, it has never left the house and rarely left its SKB case. The full name of this limited production model is the Fender Special Run (FSR) American Special Hand-Stained Precision Bass. It was released as part of the Nitro Satin Series with Honey Burst finish.

In 2015, I added a Gold Anodized pick guard from Arkansas Musicworks. The sale includes the original white pick guard in excellent condition (pictured). I also installed flat wound strings at the time which have been played very little.
Also included is a locking SKB travel case and a like-new adjustable soft suede 2.5" strap from Levy's.
If you are looking for a top-quality Fender bass in excellent condition that is easy to play and sounds great, you've found it. The thin nitro finish reduces the overall weight (compared to other Precisions) and won't choke your tone. The neck is a perfect width for any sized hand, and the frets play great up and down the neck with no flat spots.
