Here is a lightweight alternative to the Helix line of effects processors– the Line 6 POD Go. It’s a fun little tool that I’ve exclusively used at home mainly for amp and cab sims for both guitar and bass. I’ve had my fun, but since I only ever use amp sims, cab sims, and overdrives I feel like I am underusing this unit. This is touted to have Helix-quality effects but without the powerful Helix processing power, perfect for those who don’t use a ton of effects.
EDIT 3/17/22: it has now been updated to the latest POD Go 1.30 firmware. Also no, I cannot find the original box. Will still be packaged safely.
