This has been with me since 1979, I bought the bass new in Boston, it has toured many times over and has the wear to show it, but this bass sounds and plays like no other P bass I've ever owned, it is all original except the bridge pup, pickguard, and BadAss Bridge but I have the original black pickguard, and bridge as well, the bridge pup is a Nordstrand NJVSE, the badass bridge was installed by Leo Quan himself in San Francisco, back in 1981, comes with OHSC. the body is ASH, so the bass is 10.5 lbs, but that with the bridge makes this bass sound big, tight, and focused.
