Truss rod is stripped!!!

Neck is not straight and am selling for what I think is a fair price to someone that actually has the resources to fix this issue. Will include original neck plate.

Hi do you know what is stripped? Is the nut hex rounded off so you can't turn it with a tool? Or have the threads of the truss-rod stripped so even a replaced nut can't work?

Thanks. Is that a one-piece maple neck? I can't see a line for a separate fingerboard slab.

I wonder if the back part of the rod (under the sticker) could be filled with JB weld or 2 part epoxy in order to keep it from spinning? …..hmmmm
