I never planned to sell this bass but due to some medical bills and need for some business capital, here it is. This is a 2010. I have played it a lot and it has seen some light touring so definitely not mint condition.
It no longer has the original pickups. I’ve tried EMG TB, EMG 35HZ, EMG HZ jazz single coils (special pickup rings included), Avedissian, Thunderbucker Ranch (63) and Fishman Fluence pickups. Surprisingly, this bass always sounds like a T bird, even with single coils. The T bird sound is apparently more in the bass itself rather than the pickups.
It currently has Gibson TB Plus pickups and passive vo, vol, tone in it. I love these pickups!

I think they call it candy apple orange. It’s an orange with tiny sparkly flecks in it. In some light it has somewhat of a golden look. They told me it wasn’t a normal color. I had requested burnt orange but the painter did something else. I ended up keeping it because it liked it so much.

Lovely bass. Is the blend knob a stock feature or were the originals just vol, vol, tone with 3 similar black knobs? Are those flats I see?

The bass was vol/vol/tone originally.
I’ve had the Fluence system set up a few different ways:
1. Vol (pull for coil split), blend, stacked bass and treble. Voicing switch inside cavity.
2. Vol (pull for coil split), blend, voicing switch. Bass and treble controls inside cavity.
3. Vol (pull for coil split), blend, voicing switch. Bass and treble controls bypassed.
Happy to set it up however you like. Could even add a passive tone.
I think it had Thomastik flats on it when it took the pictures. Currently has Dunlop Super Bright Steel on it.

Edit: No longer has Fishman Fluence pickups. I’ve got Gibson TB Plus pickups in it now.

The tone pot that I bought for it was damaged in shipping so, I have it just volume, volume. Was planning to add it back in before a sale.

8.4 lbs on my luggage scale.

Will also now consider trades for a less expensive instruments plus cash.
My lists of basses I like and don't like are so long that it would be easier to make me an offer and I will let you know.
