Selling my MTD Kingston Artist 5. It’s light and plays super smooth, has a beautiful low B, and looks pretty cool. I just keep trying to love MM-style basses and always miss having a two-pickup sound.
As you can see there’s a few little songs and scratches, and two switches leftover from where a previous owner had installed another preamp. Right now it’s got a DiCosimo 3-band stingray preamp in it, so the switches don’t have any effect, but boy does it sound like a Stingray should. Plays buttery, too, and is currently sporting a still-fresh set of DR Lo-Riders.
