Here's something you don't see every day - a medium scale Jazz Bass Special made in Japan in the 80's.
Has the passive Jazz Bass Special sound that appeals to so many, and for good reason. The TBX control is a winner. Features slanted pickups, which look great, and the lovely glossy black neck.
I can't find much information about the specifications for this bass. With that nice neck and a medium scale, it's easy to maneuver around.
In good condition with some haze in the finish front and back and some surface scratches. The control knobs alas are not original, but everything else seems to be. Overall the bass presents nicely.
Weight: 7.8 lbs
Comes with a gig bag, no case.
