Very cool strings, but aren't what I need right now. They were on my bass for a day or so, no signs of wear. This is the most current version, which is significantly less buzzy and Jan-Ole said more durable for heavy pizz playing.

Fit perfect on my 42" scale bass

I paid $450 w/ shipping from Berlin, asking $400 shipped conus

I'm in NYC for another week or so, then Michigan for a month. Happy for pickup or drop off.

They are described as arco strings on the website; can you tell me a little more about the tension (left hand) and how heavy or not you had to dig in with the bow (Olive/Eudoxa-like??) Thanks

Left hand tension is very light / easy.
Under the bow they speak quite easily, definitely better than Oliv or Eudoxa in my experience. The sound under the bow is quite easy to modulate - dynamics, tone color, etc — more so than other strings I've played
