I'm definitely on the fence with this one... but we have some big bills coming up. This is a 2007 Zon Sonus Special 5 with original OHSC and a beautiful spalted waterfall bubinga top. It does have a truss rod but I've never had to touch it, the bass plays incredibly and is in excellent condition. Some scratches on the plastic cavity cover on the back, but no body damage that I can see and very little wear on the fretboard. Weight is a little over 9 lbs and it's strung with a new set of DR Sunbeams 45-125. I've owned a number of Zon basses, and this is a NICE one!
