Just received a brand new Spitfire tort P guard today after placing my initial order in March. I like it, but it has a little more yellow than I was expecting in the pattern. As those who have ordered one, you don’t know how it turns out until it’s done! It looks great and probably would be perfect with a Sunburst, natural, etc., but I wanted to see if any other Spitfire P guard owners with a different red pattern would be interested in a trade? This one was received today and is non-relic with thumb rest holes. I ordered it as a 62 RI, but it fits my 2018 AO body perfectly.

UPDATE: For sale only...$275 shipped CONUS PayPal FF. Also listed the full bass in the classifieds so if it sells, this goes with it.

I'm doing a P-build, as we speak, the body is MJT Nitro Sunburst and I'm trying to figure out which Spitfire guard to go for. ... I'm guessing you ordered a 'Vintage Dark Vintage 60s Speckle'? ... I'm leaning towards 'Vintage Bright Red/Vintage Burgundy Speckled 60s'. ... And I'm wondering if, they make from orders or they have stock?
I think yours looks very classy and fits the cream body colour.

Mark makes them custom for every order, so unless he has one available that someone passed on, it will be custom made for you. I've had a couple made by him and I think they look awesome. The vintage bright red/vintage burgundy is my favorite color.
