The DeGier Soulmate is the finest boutique pbass you’ll find available today. Made by Sander DeGier in the Netherlands, this bass rarely becomes available in the States. It’s very light weighing in at 8.2 pounds. It has an alder body with a maple neck and very dark rosewood fingerboard, hipshot lightweight tuners, the DeGier proprietary bridge and a proprietary Wicked pbass pickup.
It also has a compound radius fingerboard that allows for super low action with absolutely zero buzzing. It is treated with a subtle relic treatment throughout which I think looks much better than a distressed relic.
