Greetings TB'ers,

Up for sale is my sweet Roscoe SKB3005:
- Swamp Ash body
- Spalted Maple top in cool amber tint
- Maple/purpleheart neck with purpleheart sapwood fretboard
- Roscoe Barts, NTMB pre
- OHSC in great shape

Great condition overall - front of body is minty, back has just a few superficial scratches in clearcoat. Straight neck, minimal fretwear. Recently set up by my pro tech.

$2400 PP F&F plus shipping CONUS. Need the cash for something else, only trade I'd consider would be towards a 5/6 string Smith elite (plus cash from me). Local meetup (within driving distance of DC area) encouraged.

Pics and clarification by popular demand: the superficial scratching at a few spots in the back is the common kind that's really hard to capture in pics (I tried) and needs to be "held up to the light". The worst cosmetics is actually the plastic battery cover, which I imagine could be easily replaced for those bothered by it - not judging, I can be OCD too. ;)

I'm very strict with my condition ratings, so it's cosmetically "great" overall, looks "excellent/mint" unless looking at the back up close. Structurally? Perfect. Sound and playability? Unmatched in my humble opinion.

Myrtle burl Spalted maple top

Got confused because color and tone was so similar to my first/best Roscoe, an LG3005 mahogany. I'm sure. :thumbsup:
