For sale is my Reverend Decision 25th Anniversary Bass. I love Reverend basses, but have too many.
I purchased this as a demo model, and this was the description from the retailer:
There is an area of thin finish on the back of the body above the top left neck plate screw. There is a cluster of contamination on the back belly cutaway. There is an area of contamination on the back of the body treble side lower bout. There are also fine scratches on various parts of the guitar that are not photographed. These scratches do not show well in photos if at all.
And let me say, I think they really went overboard, lol. I really can't see any defects, they seem to use the word 'contamination' to mean discoloration maybe? Or tiny flecks in the finish? IDK. I would personally call the condition "Excellent". (That 'mark' on the first picture near the horn is just an odd reflection)
Schaller strap locks have been installed, I will include the strap ends. Strung with Sunbeams, almost zero play time. This went right in the case after setup and stayed there.
I'm not certain on the weight, but it is certainly seems under 9lbs based on comparison with the only Reverend I have that I do know the weight of (my Triad is 8lb 6oz).
Price is $850, and will include free shipping via UPS, unless your Zip code begins with an 8 or a 9 or 59(Montana), in which case the price will be $900 and still include free shipping. I do have an official case for this (which was purchased separately); but I am not selling that with this because shipping costs would be astronomical. It would be over $400 in some locations. Ouch.
