Here is an almost new Bluesman PJ 5 bass in red. It's lightly reliced. The body is made from roasted pine and the neck is flame maple/maple FB with black blocks. Just a beautiful bass to look at. I bought it new at the Dallas guitar show last spring from the Bluesman booth (they make some killer basses and their relic work is some of the best I've seen). Controls are master volume/blend/tone. The fretwork is perfect for you super low action guys. This bass is passive and has a thunderous low end. The roasted pine is a softer wood so it has a deeper sound than alder and a more muted top end. Also, its very light. 8.8 lbs according to my bathroom scale. I just can't get used to the wide nut. It's the standard 1 7/8" size. I've been using 1 3/4" basses for so long. This is my 3rd try at that nut size and they never stay around long for that very reason. I was thinking of modifying it but I think I'll just pass along a $500 savings to another TB junkie. Free shipping within the lower 48 and actual charges elsewhere. It comes with the stock Bluesman gig bag. Paypal, zelle, venmo etc. Only trades I'll look at are for a walkabout scout extension cab 12" or 15" 8 ohm or a 2 x 112 cab setup like Aguilar, Baer etc.
P.S. It has dunlop straplocks on it now but it will come with the stock strap buttons. It has a very new set of DR fatbeams on it now.
