For sale is a Low Down Sound 610 in great condition. From the original thread from my purchase from Mr.Bassie 720 :
This cabinet was commissioned and co-designed by tone master Lee Presgrave.
The design is, of course, very familiar, while incorporating some huge improvements for the modern player.
* Sealed cab with (3) invisibly sealed 210’s.
* Eminence drivers same as Ampeg SVT810.
* Slant back top for better dispersion.
* Tilt back caster system and rails.
* Heavy steel scratch plate.
* Weight 90lbs.
* Heavy duty black Duratex finish.
* Designed to sound like a tighter SVT810 in a lighter, more maneuverable package.
* 900W power handling. 5.3 ohms, no tweeter. Functions same as 4 ohms as far as your amp is concerned.
Loud, quick and Punchy. Maneuverable and easy to handle.
One of the main things that set this cab apart from the other 6X10s of the world is the slant back speakers. It’s like having a bass monitor onstage!
I am keeping this beast local for now. This cab was purchased to play larger gigs with a wedding band that is now defunct. It was paired beautifully for a Traynor
YBA200 all three times I gigged with it. The Traynor will be making an appearance in the classifieds shortly. I live in south metro Atlanta and I am willing to meet up to 2 hours away. Thank you for looking!
