Oh poopie, Your in canada. Damn that is cold. thought all you guys came down here for the winter at least it seems like it. Theres more people living in Az from other places than there are actual arizoaians, ...arizonites . Idk. Lol

Anyone with half a brain gets out of here and spends the winter somewhere nicer, like Arizona. I live on a farm and a lot of my neighbors are already down there. Summers here are decent enough though. Anyways, I still think your 8 string rocks!

Thank you for the kind words. ....Honestly, I wish I was in Canada. I'm so sick of this city. Its hard to get what somethings actually worth around here cuz there is an abundance of everything. To many choices, to many people. Even the box stores are ridiculousI took it down to Sam Ash the other day and i was on one of their Amps. They come over to check it out 1 by 1 it seemed finally i said, I'll sell it to you. He gave me a quote and I looked at him and I put my bass in the case and walked out. It was hard to watch this dude attempt to stand behind his quote . I don't even wanna say the number but completely disrespectful. And that's how most places and private sellers are, around here anyway.

It's more or less the same around here. Not much of a local market for basses except for cheap squiers and fenders. Custom-made instruments are worth less than the value of the parts. Putting an ad in the local classifieds only invites low ball offers. We have a decent retail store chain up here who I expect survive mainly because they can offer credit for instrument purchases, and they make a decent profit on strings and accessories. But all the Ma and Pa guitar shops that were all over town when I was a kid are long gone.
