For sale Fender / FrankenFender Jazz bass, worn sunburst MOJO!

This is a really cool, vintage vibe Jazz Bass without the hefty price tag. Neck is an older Japanese Geddy Lee model, straight and rod is fine. Body is a mystery slab of wood... no one can ID it but it's for sure not a Fender. My local vintage guitar store guy thought it might be an old Memphis body, but not sure. The wear is natural - I really don't think it's a relic job - vintage guitar store guy agreed. It's been played with some tough love but that's what gives it the mojo! Pickups are older DiMarzios and have strong punch. Sounds great and plays smoothly. Such a hip old worn vintage vibe without paying a few thousand dollars. I bought the body alone then sourced all the parts. Comes with a soft gig bag. $1500 shipped to continental U.S. only. Questions welcomed.
