This is a fantastic Strat alternative with a rich history in the UK similar to Fender here in The USA. These guitars were made famous by Hank Marvin, leader of The Shadows, and seminal and influential group with huge hits in the 60's. These pickups are the pickups that Brian May chose to use for his famous namesake guitar. This guitar was made in Korea, like most of the Burns re-issues of the late 90's/early 2000's. Build quality and playability are excellent. Similar in character to a Strat, but I would say the Burns are a little cleaner, and not quite as twangy. More versatile.
Condition is very good and includes a generic hard-shell case. Price is $700 shipped CONUS.
