This is a very nice “precision” bass from Nash. It is an early model that predates Nash’s present inventory system.
The original anodized aluminum pickguard was swapped out for a single ply plastic pickguard. The original is included. Note that it includes options to mount the finger rest in the thumb-rest or tug-bar positions.
The original Duncan SPB-1 was swapped out for a Fender Pure Vintage ’63 pickup. The original pickup was dead and has been disposed of.
The original scratchy pots have been swapped out with a fresh set of CTS pots and a .047 Orange Drop capacitor. The originals are included.
The strap buttons were changed to Dunlops. The originals are included.
