This is the dock that holds the Genz-Benz 3.0 amp ONLY. It is 1 inch narrower than the dock for the 6 and 9 series Shuttle amps.
The dock mounts on the top of your preferred speaker cab and the Shuttle amp slides into it. It uses a threaded lock knob (not included) on each side to hold the amp securely, and the dock has a carry handle on top. A short amp cable from amp to speaker turns this into a fully portable combo.
This is the dock Genz-Benz used to make its famous docking combo amps on 8, 10 and 12 inch speaker cabs. Mount the dock with four screws and you can slide in the amp, use the locking knobs (not included) on each side to secure it, then pick it up and walk out the door.
You can find locking knobs at ACE hardware, although you'll probably have to shorten the threaded shaft a bit. the factory knob comes with a wide nylon washer to avoid scratching the paint, and just under 4/10ths of an inch of threaded rod screws in. You could go shorter if you wish, not longer
