Interested in hearing trade offers on my Stingray 5. Bass was made in 1998 and weighs 10.5lbs, very well balanced, doesn’t leave me with much fatigue. Has some dings in the finish from “stand rash” but is generally in very good shape for a nearly 25 year old bass. I just had the frets dressed and a new nut installed. Definitely not in a rush to get rid of this thing, I love this bass! But, GAS has me wondering about some other sounds. So interested in hearing trade offers on anything out there but I like active 5 strings generally, been looking at Lakland, Spectors, or anything Sadowsky-esque. Located in Philly. Looking for something pretty sweet to part with this bass, but I’m curious what’s out there. There’s a chance I’ll decide to stick with the Ray no matter what I’m offered, but if you’re willing to humor me, I’m down. Thanks!
Updating my trade interests!! Very interested in an active j bass, think modern! Like a Cort-Elrick NJS or other active J bass, maybe even a very upgraded Sire. Thanks!

"Feeler" in this sense means that he's putting the bass up to see what trades pop up. "Feeling" out the offers - not necessarily a bass he's looking to get rid of unless the right trade comes in.

Keep in mind, I may decide to keep this bass no matter what I am offered because I really like it, but of course I am chasing “the one”…as I’m sure I always will.
