Fender AVRI 63 Precision (2015) in the most awesome faded sonic blue with mint pickguard. If you are looking, then you are probably aware these basses are somewhat hidden secrets. I have heard numerous times these are extremely close to CS basses.
I traded for this incredible bass a few years ago, so I’m the 2nd, or 3rd owner. One of the previous owners put a nice scuff on the back which I tried to capture a good photo of. The bass is beginning to show some nice checking, but it’s extremely difficult to photo. The nitro paint is also starting to turn yellow-green in a couple areas, but you have to look close. Since this was my #1, it has been gigged so there are a few dings.
The only mods are the swap for EMG Gezer pups and strap locks. The original pups will be included however, I’m certain the next owner will absolutely love the EMGs. Tone monster!
The only bad thing that I know of is the original Fender case. I purchased a very nice Gator soft case that I used since day one, so the original Fender hard case sat in the shipping box in our storage room. Pulled it out yesterday and both latches are inoperative. They will not close. Go figure!!!
