Are you certain of that measurement? I’m not trying to be difficult, but that seems a little heavy for an “L” series. If it were 2 lbs. lighter, like my L5A-24, I would have already Paypal’d you the $$$$. I’m hoping maybe you transposed the numbers when you typed them.

I bought mine in 2018, and have been raving about the Times Squared pickups ever since (to the 3 people who might know or care). They are incredible, and paired with either a Delano or Noll preamp, will get almost any tone you desire. The neck geometry is great, and the build quality is top notch. Anyone who loves an aggressive dual humbucker axe that can also coil tap into some great single coil sounds MUST try this electronics package. Especially if, like me you were already a fan of G&L dual MFD basses (which I used for 20 years before buying my Marusczyzck). It’s worth noting that the retail price of the electronics package on this bass is upwards of 800$ direct from Delano, which is the only thing that has kept me from retrofitting another instrument. For those who can handle a 10 lb. bass (I wish that were me) there is probably no better deal on the net right now. I paid WAY more for mine brand new, and have ZERO regrets.
