It sounds like a clearer, more articulate violin bass thanks to it being 34” scale. Roll down the tone for McCartney, open it up for some more growl and snarl. Has La Bella flats on it.
Balances pretty well while sitting but I can’t comment on standing because I haven’t installed a Straplok button on it, and my only strap has locks.
Comfortable weight around 8-8.5lbs; sorry, no scale for accurate measurement.
