This has the gamechanger system yes? I'm pretty close to a total troglodyte. I just watched a couple partial yootoob vids on gamechanger and they were hooked up to a computer interface.
Is there something simple about this system that "even a caveman can do"?

I'm never gonna need more than 3 or 4 coil combinations...

Hey Lance, not the OP but I have the same bass but in a different finish (see pic below). These are not the same system as the gamechanger. The reflex has an 18v preamp with 4 band eq (low mid, high mid, bass, treble). The knobs on the bass are volume, tone (works in passive only), stacked mid controls, stacked bass/treble. The first 3 black switches turn on each of the pickups and the 4th switch turns on and off the preamp for passive mode.

No coil split for the humbucker but it does have a parallel and series options for the humbucker. I believe with the first 2 pickups turned off, it would be parallel on the humbucker. If you then turn the humbuckers switch off, rather than turning mute like one might expect for having all the switches off, it actually has the humbucker in series mode.

Bitchin! Thanks. Yeah with all those options a coil splitter is unnecessary.

Ya, its honestly got so many tones to play with and in my experience its not like any of them are unusable. I was jamming mine a lot last night and loved it. The 3 pickup design is really cool and I wish some other makers would try it out. Still looking to get myself a Big Al SSS sometime.
