Feeler thread for my Sadowsky Metro (Japan) PJ5. There is a bass locally that I am looking into purchasing. If it goes I will take this down. This bass is a near perfect example of the japanese metro's (which I personally prefer to the German ones). Beautiful swamp ash body with a '59 burst gloss finish. Weight is 9lbs 3oz's and it plays and sounds incredible.
It is in excellent condition. There are a couple microscopic scratches/indents that did not show up in the photos. Other than that it is pretty minty. Has recently been set up and strung up with elixirs. Also comes with a mint pickguard.
As a bonus the bass will ship with a Mono M80 gig bag.
As for trades I would only consider something in the $1000 range. Perhaps a Carvin PB5, a reverend Mercal 5 string or a Godin Ultra 4 or 5. Ideally I would like to do a straight cash deal.
