This is a 2020 Scott Devine J Series model, handmade in England, with several custom options: 31" scale length, 22-fret rosewood fretboard, Overwater P/J pickup configuration, and Hipshot USA Ultralite Bass Xtender (D-tuner). The finish on the "undersize" swamp ash body is a very attractive high-gloss Antique White with a tortoiseshell pickguard. The string spacing is a stock 16.5mm to comply with Scott's "own style of playing and philosophy of economy of movement." Stock hardware includes Hipshot USA Ultralite tuners and an Overwater string-thru-body bridge. In addition, the original electronics have been replaced with a 2-band John East J-Tone 01 preamp with both active and passive circuitry.
The bass is currently strung with Rotosound RS77M Monel Flatwound (40 50 75 90) medium scale strings. It comes with its original Hiscox hard shell case, Certificate of Authenticity, adjustment tools, and the original Overwater passive electronics (pots and knobs).
