This speaker does NOT work. Voice coil is probably fried. It makes no sound. I no longer own the UL-210 4Ω cabinet this came out of. Rather than throw it away I thought someone on this forum might be interested in having it repaired. It's basically free but I had to put in a price. 
I just got off the phone with Speaker Repair Pros in Orange County CA and a rebuild kit is available. Their price to repair (parts and labor) is about $95. Ask for Al.
I will split shipping 50/50 to anywhere in the continental USA via USPS. Speaker will ship in the box pictured (with some bubble wrap to tighten things up). I will accept payment only via Zelle. Before 'buying' this woofer I recommend calling Epifani to inquire if new ones are still available. For comparison I'm guessing a brand new one will likely run around 145.00 plus tax and shipping.
