This 2004 F-Bass BN5 5-string bass is Used but in Good Condition: it has been played and gigged regularly and shows appropriate wear for its age. No major dings or dents, but it has scratches, scuffs, light nicks and finish chips along the body edges. There is one shallow crack by the headstock that was professionally repaired by renown Oregon luthier David King years ago (it is rock solid stable and has not moved at all, see photos).
The neck is straight, the back of the neck is very clean, the fingerboard is in very good condition with just some light roundwound wear (cleaned/oiled) and the frets are in very good condition (just some string wear, no major grooves or flat spots that affect playability). Action has been set very low with nickel roundwounds and intonation has been properly set; plays and sounds fantastic. The original F-Bass deluxe padded gig bag is included and the bass will be securely packed and fully insured.
